Health and wellness influencer

Throughout Mel’s journey even as a child, she has always felt in tune with nature and life’s elements in their most pure and natural form. Growing up Asthmatic and dealing with severe allergies and eczema, she has realized that living holistically has been more servicing to her mind body and spirit then the pharmaceutical approach.

A turning point for Mel was when she developed a severe skin condition as an adult. There was a point to where she was no longer able to expose her skin to the sun. Even if she sat by a window her skin would severely break out to the point of it peeling. Desperate for a cure, Mel opened herself up to pharmaceutical help only to realize it did not service her. This is when Mel learned about living toxic free verses non toxic, organic and all natural. This knowledge allowed Mel to find the proper resources to restore her physical health.

Mel is currently on the path to becoming a certified herbalist and has created the #SEEMELHEAL hashtag to share her journey. She is passionate about spreading awareness and educating people about the holistic mindset and how its services the mind body and spirit.

Mel is not a doctor and advises everyone to seek advise from professional health care provider before taking any of her advise.
